As part of our proactive approach, we use Life Cycle Planning for spreading your IT costs over time and replacing equipment before it’s likely to fail. We evaluate the expected life of your existing IT assets, your budget, and overall goals, then put together a plan for replacements and upgrades. Any time you’re looking into new equipment or software: we’ll put together recommendations and pricing for everything needed. We typically configure as much as possible offsite to minimize downtime during installation. Then we’ll contact you to schedule deployment.

We have long-term relationships with major vendors such as Microsoft, Dell, IBM/Lenovo, Avast/AVG, numerous Internet providers, and several cloud backup solution providers. Often, we can take advantage of promotional pricing or put together packages including extended warranties, support contracts or other options to make sure you get the best value for your money. We also work with your specialized software providers such as Intuit, Sage, eClinicalWorks, ChartLogic, or PCLaw. As needed, we also take care of working with technical support departments to file and follow up on tickets. We’ll also translate tech-speak if you’re having issues with software updates or configuration changes.
